Redeem your €100 cashback voucher
With every trip you booked online until 16.06.2025, you have received a €100 cash-back voucher via email. You can redeem this voucher for your next booking: either online or at any of our travel agencies. The voucher is valid for 18 months and is our way of encouraging you to book your next vacation with us again.
New voucher values: For bookings made from June 17, 2025, a €120 cashback voucher will be issued.

How to redeem your voucher: Book your next trip online. As soon as you receive your booking confirmation with the TIS-ID* via email, fill out the form at the bottom of this page, including your voucher code. The payout will be transferred to your bank account within four weeks after your departure.
*You can find the TIS-ID on the first page of your travel itinerary, which you will receive via email approximately 60 minutes after your booking.

✓ €00 discount for a total trip price of €1,200 or more
✓ redeemable up to 3 months after the start of your trip
Redemption terms and condition
- Redeemable for package holidays and cruises
- Please note the total tour price:
€100 discount for trips over €1,550
€50 discount for trips between €750 and €1,500 - The voucher cannot be redeemed for bookings of individual services such as flights, hotels, car rentals, insurance, etc.
- Voucher redemption must be requested no later than 3 months after the start of the trip for which the voucher is used.
- The cashback voucher is valid for 18 months.
- The cashback voucher is non-transferable. It can only be redeemed by the voucher recipient.
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking.
- Combination with other voucher promotions or cash payment is not possible.
- If you cancel the trip, the travel voucher will expire.
- The voucher cannot be applied to cancellation fees.
- Resale and duplication are not permitted.
- Minimum age: 18 years
